  • Very good review of this book. The way I see it if we want to be healthy there are many ways that can be done but if you are on a diet especially the ketogenic diet. This book is for you and should be read and followed. Now when it comes to coconut oil why not use it if it is one of the healthiest ones you can put in your body. I love eating coconuts they are really good.
